Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with Omnius for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date, subject to the conditions outlined below.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to hello@omnius.stream with the following information:
- Your order number (provided in your purchase confirmation email)
- The email address used at the time of purchase
- A brief reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)
We will acknowledge your refund request within 2 business days of receiving your email.
3. Refund Processing
All refunds are processed through Paddle, our authorized payment provider. Once your refund is approved, Paddle will issue the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Conditions for Refund Denial
We reserve the right to deny a refund request under the following circumstances:
- Request made after 14 days: Refund requests submitted more than 14 calendar days after the purchase date will not be honored.
- Substantial use or deployment: If the Software has been substantially deployed or used in a production environment for more than 14 days, we may deny the refund at our discretion.
- License key sharing: If your license key has been shared with, distributed to, or used by unauthorized third parties in violation of our Terms of Service, your refund request will be denied.
- Abuse of refund policy: Repeated purchases and refund requests intended to abuse this policy may result in denial and restriction from future purchases.
5. License Deactivation Upon Refund
When a refund is issued, your license key (in the format OMNI-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) will be permanently deactivated. After deactivation:
- The Software will cease to function once the cached validation expires
- You must stop all use and deployment of the Software
- Any active server instances using the refunded license must be taken offline
6. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds are not applicable. Omnius licenses are sold as a one-time purchase, and refunds are issued for the full purchase amount only. There are no prorated or partial refund options.
7. Enterprise Plan Refunds
Refunds for Enterprise plan purchases are handled on a case-by-case basis per the terms of your individual agreement. If you are an Enterprise customer and wish to discuss a refund, please contact us at hello@omnius.stream and reference your enterprise agreement.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your transaction.
